Things to wear in Morocco

Regardless of whether you’re a man or a woman, don’t spend your time researching what to dress in Morocco or what to carry. We’re going to make it as easy as possible for you to understand. As a lady traveling to Morocco in the winter or summer, we conducted a small amount of research to determine what to dress.

Men: For males, I recommend a pair of jeans and a t-shirt; it’s OK. You can wear shorts and t-shirts in the summer, as long as they are acceptable and flawless.

Women: Women must dress in a manner that is considered respectable within Moroccan culture. Bring clothes that at the very least cover your legs and shoulders… The wearing of a scarf isn’t required. However, because you will be entering mosques, make sure to carry it with you for a pleasant trip to Morocco. If you’re planning a trip to Morocco during the hottest months, it’s a good idea to pack some lightweight clothing. Compared to other nations, Morocco is more laid-back since you may wear whatever you like as long as you don’t attract too much attention.

December, January and February: This can be the coldest months , particularly in Atlas and the imperial cities; you may see snow on the peaks of the mountains, and it can be quite cold. Additionally, Sahara is practically freezing at night. Ensure that you bring (jacket, socks, shoes, or sneakers and cap or scarf for either man or woman).

July and November: . If you’re planning a trip to the desert during these two months, expect it to be hotter.  When traveling, it’s important to carry along clothing that fits your own style, make sure to pack a cap or scarf.
