Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca:

Upon arrival at the airport, our driver will greet you and take you to your accommodation, drop your luggage off, and then visit Hassan II Mosque, the second-largest mosque in Africa, accessible to non-Muslims. Following that, explore the old Medina of Casablanca. Late afternoon, transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.

Day 2: Casablanca- Rabat – Chefchaouan:

After breakfast at your accommodation in Casablanca, drive to Chefchaouan, passing through Rabat, Morocco’s capital city. We make visits to prominent sites including Hassan Tower, Oudaya Kasbah, and the Mausoleum of Mohamed V. Continuing our route to Chefchaouan, enjoying the lovely scenery along the way, and stopping to explore Berber villages along the way. Then cross the majestic Rif Mountains, offering captivating landscapes. Arriving in Chefchaouan, a picturesque town set against the stunning backdrop of the Rif Mountains, you’ll discover whitewashed cottages and distinctive alleyways. Built in the Spanish style, the city is surrounded by craft shops. The blue hue adorning the city originated from Jewish refugees who settled there in 1930s. Enjoy a local tour to witness the remarkable sites of Chefchaouan. Finally, spend the night at the riad, enjoying the tranquil atmosphere of the city.

Day 3: Chefchaouan – Volubilis – Fes:

After breakfast at the Riad, we’ll embark on a drive through the Rif Mountains, allowing you to marvel at the breathtaking landscapes and pass through Berber villages on the route to Fez. Upon reaching Volubilis, famous as the best-preserved Roman ruins in North Africa and registered as a UNESCO World Heritage site, we’ll explore this historical treasure. Following that, visit the whitewashed village of Moulay Idriss, nestled in the Rif Mountains and recognised as one of the world’s top villages, situated near massive city walls. Our journey continues towards the city of Fez. In the late afternoon, we arrive in Fez, and then transfer you to your accommodation, where you’ll spend the night.

Day 4: Fes Full day sightseeing tour:

After breakfast, you will meet your private tour guide to enjoy a guided city tour to explore the first imperial city of Morocco, Fes; this UNESCO World Heritage Site was founded in the 9th century and is home to the world’s oldest university. The first stop of the morning is a visit to the entrance of the largest royal palace in Morocco. Afterwards, we will drive for wonderful panoramic views of the whole medina from the southern tower of Fes and visit a pottery co-operative where tiles and Moroccan mosaics are made. We will visit the tanneries to watch the locals working on the skins of animals such as goats, camels, and cows. We will explore a Medrassa (Koranic school), the Nejjarine fountain, the Moulay Idriss mausoleum, and the Karaouine Mosque University. Enjoy a Moroccan lunch at a traditional restaurant in the Medina. Afterwards, continue to explore the medina and its narrow alleys; we take you to Borj Nord where you’ll see the whole Medina of Fes, and then transfer you to your accommodation, where you’ll spend the night.

Day 5: Fez – Cedar Forest – Merzouga Desert:

In the morning, set off through the Middle Atlas with a stop to enjoy the charming ski area of Ifrane, named “The little Switzerland of Morocco,” before you experience fragrant cedar forests filled with Barbary apes and rustic Berber villages. – The largest in Morocco. Here, you will have the opportunity to see the monkeys and have the chance to feed them while taking some memorable pictures. Stopping in Midelt, enjoy breathtaking views of the eastern High Atlas Mountains. This particularly varied itinerary from north to south offers a diversity of impressions through the scenic mountains where nomad shepherds live and move with their herds of goats and sheep across these mountains. Admire this legendary Ziz Valley, which runs along a deep canyon all the way down through the Ziz Valley. Arriving in Merzouga, meet your camel guide and set off on a camel ride across the dunes of Merzouga. Stop for a breathtaking sunset over the dunes and then continue to your desert camp, where you’ll spend the night. 

Day 6: Merzouga Full day Tour:

Following breakfast at the riad, you’ll meet your driver to start a full day tour around Merzouga. Explore Merzouga villages, including Hassi Lbeid, Tanamoust, and Khamlia, where an African musical group offers opportunity to listen to the African music. Next, make a visit to the nomads, learn about their way of life and try Berber pizza. Following that, head to Merzouga for lunch and then explore Hassi Lbeid Oasis, taking in a panoramic view of Merzouga (Free time to try buggy, quad, if interested) then transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.

Day 7: Merzouga – Dades Gorges:

In the morning, your driver will pick you up from your accommodation and set off for the next destination: Dades Gorges. On the route, take in the extraordinary beauty of the ever-changing Erg Chebbi dunes. Depart for Rissani, one of Morocco’s oldest cities where you’ll feel like stepping back in time, and continue to Tinghir and Todra Gorges, famous as the highest and narrowest gorges in Morocco. After lunch in the heart of the gorges, continue your journey through Dades Valley, where you’ll see the majestic sand castles and the remarkable rock formation known as “Monkey Fingers.” Overnight at your accommodation in Dades Gorges.

Day 8: Dades Gorges – Ait ben Haddou – Marrakech:

In the morning, continue your 10 days tour toward Ait Ben Haddou via Skoura, with several stops along the way to Ouarzazate. We’ll visit the famous Ameridil Kasbah, a fortified kasbah near Skoura, then enjoy the drive through the lovely oasis of Skoura. Proceed to Ouarzazate, visiting the Film Studio and the famous kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and fortified village. Afterward, stop for lunch at a restaurant in Ouarzazate before continuing our trip through the High Atlas Mountains. Stopping over the Tizi N Tichka Pass (2260 m), and then continue our way, you will have the chance to take some memorable photos at Berber villages before reaching Marrakech, where we will drop you off at your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.

Day 9: Full day in Marrakech:

After breakfast, a local tour guide take you on a Full day tour of Marrakech, discovering its rich history and vibrant culture. Your tour starts with visits to some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, such as the breathtaking Bahia Palace, a masterpiece of 19th-century Moroccan architecture, and the Saadian Tombs, a 17th-century royal necropolis offering intricate craftsmanship. Following that, explore Ben Youssef Madrasa, a historic Koranic school, and admire the Koutoubia Mosque, a striking 12th-century monument. Next, wander through Marrakech’s bustling souks, a shopper’s paradise filled with handcrafted goods, spices, textiles, and souvenirs, perfect for picking up gifts for loved ones or a special keepsake for yourself. Take a relaxing break in the serene Majorelle Gardens, an oasis of exotic plants and vivid colors in the heart of the New Town.
