4 Days Tour from Fes to Marrakech:

Day 1: Fes – Cedar Forest – Merzouga:

In the morning, we will depart from Fes, passing through the Middle Atlas Mountains, starting with a visit to Ifrane, often known as “The Little Switzerland of Morocco” due to its alpine-style architecture and ski resort charm. Following that, we will cross through Cedar Forest of Azrou, Morocco’s Largest Forest, home to lively Barbary Apes, where you will have the chance to see these Friendly monkeys, feed them, and capture some unforgettable photos. Continue toward Midelt known as ‘’ The Apple Capital’’ a beautiful town nestled between the Middle and High Atlas Mountains, where you might stop for lunch while enjoying breathtaking views of the eastern High Atlas. This route offers a rich variety of landscapes, passing through scenic mountain terrains where nomadic shepherds roam with their herds of goats and sheep. As you descend south crossing The Tizi N Talghamt pass, admire the beauty of the legendary Ziz Valley, a lush oasis running alongside a dramatic canyon. Follow its winding path to Erfoud, known as’’ The Date Capital’’visit a fossil museum in the city before crossing the majestic Tafilalet oasis enjoying the amazing sceneries along the way. Arriving in Merzouga desert where you’ll meet your camel guide and set off on a camel ride adventure through the dunes of Erg Chebbi. Stopping for an incredible sunset and then continue to your desert camp in the middle of the desert where you’ll spend the night with a drumming party around the campfire.

Day 2: Merzouga Full Day Tour:

Start your day with a spectacular sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga, a truly magical experience. Afterward, start on a full-day tour of Merzouga region, visiting Hassi Lbeid and Tanamoust before heading to Dayet Srij, a lovely lake home to vibrant flamingos and other wildlife. Next, immerse yourself in the rhythms of Gnawa music at Khamlia Village, where you’ll experience the unique African musical heritage. Continuing the adventure, we’ll take you off the beaten path, following the legendary Paris-Dakar rally route, to meet nomadic families who live amidst the vast desert of sand and rocky terrain. In the late afternoon, return to your accommodation, where you’ll have free time to try buggy or quad biking, if interested. Enjoy a peaceful overnight stay at your accommodation Riad

Day 3: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges:

In the morning, we’ll pick you up from your accommodation in Merzouga, then head to our next destination; Dades Gorges. Along the way, enjoy the incredible beauty of Erg Chebbi dunes, which transform in color as the sunlight shifts throughout the day. Our journey continues through Rissani where you will visit Moulay Ali Cherif Mausoleum then stroll through the lively souks of Rissani. Following that, we continue our way via Berber villages including Touroug and Melaab, visit a Berber co-operative where you will get Henna, known as ‘’ The Moroccan Tattoo’’ (optional).Then head toward Tinghir, and Todra Gorges, home to Morocco’s highest and narrowest canyons, a paradise for nature lovers and photographers alike. After enjoying lunch in the heart of the gorges, we will drive through the Red Mountains, to the breathtaking Dades Gorges, appreciating the eye-catching landscapes along the red mountains. Arriving in Dades Gorges, visit the majestic rock formation known as “Monkey Fingers.” We will then take you to your accommodation where you will spend the night in Dades Valley appreciating the lovely atmosphere of the city Dades Paradise Hotel

Day 4: Dades Gorges – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech:

In the morning, we set off toward Tisadrine, a lovely winding road that offers breathtaking views over the Dades Gorges. Continuing our journey, we reach Kalaat M’gouna, famously known as “The Rose City”, famous for its annual Rose Festival and fragrant rose products, we’ll visit a local cooperative for cosmetic products (optional stop). Next, we travel through Skoura, often known as the “road of a Thousand Kasbahs,” where we’ll visit some of its most remarkable sites, including Ameridil Kasbah (Tighrmt). From there, we proceed to Ouarzazate, often known as “Hollywood of Africa”, where you’ll visit the Film Studio and explore the historic Taourirt Kasbah. Our tour continues to the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou, one of Morocco’s most famous ksars and a popular filming location for movies and series such as Gladiator, Game of Thrones, and The Mummy. After lunch, we pass through Telouet, where you’ll explore the impressive Telouet Kasbah, an architectural gem with a rich history. Finally, we drive through the High Atlas Mountains, making a stop at the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 meters) to admire the panoramic views. By late afternoon, we arrive in Marrakech, drop you off at your accommodation or the airport in Marrakech.
