Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Gorges:

We will pick you up from your hotel or airport in Marrakech at around 8:00 AM. Our first stop will be Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, but to get there, we’ll drive through the Tizi N’Tichka pass and the High Atlas Mountains, passing through some Berber villages. We’ll make several stops along the way to enjoy the sceneries, have a cup of coffee. After a brief stop in Ouarzazate for lunch, we’ll continue to Skoura oasis, one of the largest in Morocco’s Sahara. Skoura is known for its beautifully restored Kasbah Amridil, which is definitely worth a visit. You’ll have the chance to follow a local guide through the kasbah, learning about the unique Sahara architecture and the ancient irrigation techniques still used in the nearby oases.

Next, we’ll drive to Dades Gorges, passing through the Valley of the Roses, famous for its Damascus rose plantations and local women’s cooperatives that produce rose water and cosmetics. Before arriving at your accommodation, we’ll take a visit to the rock formation known as” Monkey Fingers” Afterward, enjoy a delicious dinner and overnight stay at your Dades Valley accommodation.

Day 2: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges  – Merzouga Desert:

After a delicious breakfast, we begin our journey along the Road of 1000 Kasbahs, heading towards the oasis village of Tinghir. Here, you’ll be captivated by the serene atmosphere of the Todgha River, with the temptation to take a leisurely walk along its banks. As you explore, enjoy the ancient unique lifestyle of the Berber villages and kasbahs, before reaching the awe-inspiring Todgha Gorges, where towering cliffs surround you.

Following a fulfilling morning, we head to the Gorges for lunch, enjoy its breathtaking sceneries. In the afternoon, we continue towards Erfoud, famous for its date festival and fossil production. Our next stop is Rissani, a holy town and the birthplace of the Alaouite dynasty, which still governs Morocco today. From here, we continue our journey to Merzouga. Prepare for an exciting camel ride through the dunes, where you can marvel at the ever-changing colors of the desert and enjoy a breathtaking sunset. Afterward, return to your Sahara Desert camp for a magical Moroccan dinner under the stars, by the campfire. Relax and savor your dinner while local nomads perform music with drums that will deeply resonate with your spirit. As the evening unfolds, settle in for a glamorous overnight stay in this lovely setting.

Day 3: Merzouga Full Day Tour:

Wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga, then begin your sightseeing tour of the area. Start by visiting the nomads living behind the dunes of Merzouga, learning about their way of life. Next, head to Khamlia, where you’ll experience the traditional Gnawa music. Afterward, we’ll take you to a local restaurant for lunch before continuing to Hassi Lbeid oasis, where you can enjoy the unique beauty of the oasis. Finally, we’ll transfer you to your accommodation for the night.

Day 4: Merzouga – Midelt – Cedar Forest – Fes:

In the morning, we’ll pick you up from your accommodation in the Merzouga Desert and begin your journey to Fes. Along the way, we’ll pass through the Ziz Valley, making stop over the panorama of Aoufous, marveling one of the largest oasis in Morocco. Afterward, we’ll continue to Midelt in the Middle Atlas Mountains, and the cedar forests of Azrou, where you may spot Barbary apes. Next, we’ll head to Ifrane, often known as “Morocco’s Little Switzerland,” for a city tour and a visit to the Atlas Lion statue. In the late afternoon, we’ll arrive in Fes and transfer you to your accommodation for the night.

Day 5:  Fes full day sightseeing tour:

In the morning, start your sightseeing tour of Fes by visiting the old Medina and strolling through its vibrant streets. Then, explore Dar El Makhzan, the Royal Palace, followed by a visit to the Tanneries, where leather is used to make clothes, shoes, bags, and more. Next, we’ll visit Madrasa Bouaanania and the Attarine Madrasa. Afterward, we’ll take you to Al Quaraouine University, the world’s oldest university and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Then, we’ll continue to Batha Museum and Moulay Idriss Mausoleum. In the late afternoon, we’ll take you to Borj Nord for a panoramic view of the whole Medina of Fes, before transferring you to your accommodation or the airport.
