5 Days Tour from Fes to Marrakech via Sahara

Day 1: Fes – Midelt Merzouga

In the morning begin your 5-days tour from Fes to Marrakech at 8:00, heading towards Merzouga desert. Our route takes us through the enchanting city of Ifrane, often referred to as the ‘Little Switzerland of Morocco” explore the Atlas lion. Following that, we travel to the Cedar forest, a habitat for Barbary Apes. Continuing our journey, we reach the city of Midelt, where we stop for lunch. Then we drive through the Ziz Valley, enjoying the sceneries along the way you’ll have the opportunity to explore the captivating oasis of Tafilalt. 

In the afternoon, our route takes us to Erfoud, recognized as ”the Date Capital” and famous for its distinctive rock formations, visit some museums in the city. Arriving in Merzouga desert where you’ll meet your camel guide, then begin your camel ride adventure through the captivating dunes of Erg Chebbi taking in the finest sceneries along the way. Stop to watch breathtaking sunset then continue to your desert camp where you’ll be greeted with mint tea and enjoy a unforgettable stay in the midst of the Sahara desert of merzouga.

DAY 2: Merzouga Full day Tour :

After breakfast at your hotel, meet your driver to begin your tour of Merzouga, including visits to Hassi Lbied, Tanamoust, and Khamlia, where a black-skinned musical group performs traditional Gnawa music, immerse yourself in the Gnawa music. Following that, we will drive through the dunes of the Sahara Desert of Merzouga, offering insights into the nomadic way of life. Following that, visit National car Museum in Merzouga. After that, walk through the breathtaking oasis of Hassi Lbeid. Late afternoon, we’ll transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.

DAY 3: Merzouga – Dades Gorges:

Wake you up early to witness a breathtaking sunrise, then depart for Rissani, where a vibrant traditional market awaits exploration, along with a visit to Moulay Ali Cherif Mausoleum. Continuing our drive, we pass through Jorf and Tinjdad before reaching Tinghir, where spectacular narrowing gorges provide an ideal setting for mountaineers, explore the Todra Gorges then you’ll have the option to hike along the riverside, crossing the gorges.  Lunchtime. then we proceed to Dades Gorges, taking in the finest sceneries along the way unveiling the remarkable rock formations known as “the Monkey Fingers.” and visit the wavy road of Tisadrine In the late afternoon, you’ll be transfered to your accommodation.

DAY 4: Dades Gorges – Kalaat M’agouna – Ouarzazate:

In the morning , we’ll travel by the Dades Valley taking in the finest sceneries along the way. Stopping at Kalaat M’gouna or the rose city where you’ll have the chance to visit a local cooperative that turns local roses into fascinating cosmetic products. Following that, we’ll head to Skoura, known as Home to 1000 kasbah, we’ll visit Ameridile kasbah, one of the oldes kasbahs in the region. Arriving in Ouarzazate, make a visit to Taourirt kasbah and Film Studio of Ouarzazate. After lunch, we’ll visit the UNESCO world heriatge site of Ait Ben Haddou, where many movies have been shot. After that, we’ll cross the High Atlas Mountains, taking in the breath taking sceneries along the way arriving in Marrakech transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.

Day 5: Marrakech Full day sightseeing:

Begin your full day tour of Marrakech after breakfast at your accommodation meet your local guide then starting your tour by visiting the Majorelle Garden, Yves Sain Laurant, and the Berber museum. Following that, continue our full day tour of Marrakech by visiting Badi Palace. Next,  we’ll visit the Saadian tombs then visit Koutobia Mosque, and Menara with a lot to see. Late afternoon, we’ll explore the busy sequare of Djamaa Lfna where you’ll witness some entertaining activities like; snake charmers, musicians, storyteller…etc. After that we’ll transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.
