Join this 3 days tour from Fes to Marrakech and uncover the southern part of Morocco. First of all, we will start your trip in the ancient city of Fes and travel through the breathtaking sceneries on your way to the desert. Along the way, visit the lovely city of Ifrane, known as “Morocco’s Little Switzerland”, and then wander through the Cedar Forest, home to Barbary Apes.

After that, continue through Ziz Valley, where you’ll stop for a panoramic view over the oasis. Following this, enjoy the breathtaking landscapes along the way. Later, arrive in Merzouga Sahara desert, where you’ll enjoy a camel ride through the dunes of Merzouga with an overnight stay in the middle of the desert.

The next day, continue your trip to Erfoud and Todra Gorges, where you can wander through its majestic canyons, and then continue to Dades Gorges, known for its impressive rock formations known as “Monkey Fingers.” Afterwards, enjoy a visit to Kalaat M’gouna, famous as the Rose City. Finally, take the Road of 1000 Kasbahs, appreciating the breathtaking landscapes along the way, visiting the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, before concluding your trip in Marrakech.

Itinerary of 3 Days Tour from Fes to Marrakech (5H):

Day 1:Fes →Cedar Forest → Merzouga (7H):

In the morning, we will leave the historic city of Fes and cross the Middle Atlas Mountains, enjoying the lovely sceneries along the way with a short break in Ifrane, known as Morocco’s little Switzerland, where you’ll visit the Atlas Lion statue. 

After that, we will then continue our way through the Cedar Forest of Azrou, Morocco’s Largest Forest, where you will see native monkeys living in the cedar forest. Afterward, we will then stop for lunch in Midelt, known as ” The Apple Capital”  From Midelt, we will then head to Errachidia, passing through Tizi N Talghamt pass before crossing Ziz Valley to the gate of the Sahara Desert, Erfoud, known as ‘’The Date Capital’’.

Arriving in Merzouga desert. You’ll then set off on camel ride through the golden dunes of Erg chebbi, where you will stop for a sunset view and then continue to your desert camp in the middle of the desert where you’ll finally spend the night with a drumming party around the campfire. 

Day 2: Merzouga →Todra Gorges → Dades Gorges (4H)

Wake up for a lovely sunrise over the marvelous dunes of Merzouga. Following that,  we will depart for Rissani, one of Morocco’s oldest cities, crossing the black rocky desert. Later on, we will explore Moulay Ali Cherif Mausoleum before strolling through the lively souks of Rissani. Afterwards, we’ll then continue your trip toward Todra Gorges, admiring breathtaking landscapes along the way passing through the famous oasis of Tafilalet.

We will then continue to Todra Gorges where you will walk between towering cliffs and a flowing river in this breathtaking valley, lined with date palms and culminating in a dramatic gorges, popular for rock climbing and picnics. After lunch, we’ll proceed to the Dades Valley, enjoying the fascinating landscapes along the way passing through the red Mountains. Arriving in Dades Gorges, explore the rock formation known as ”Moneky Fingers” then transfer you to your accommodation where you will spend the night.

Day 3: Dades Gorges →Ait Ben Haddou→Marrakech (5H):

After breakfast, we will depart from Dades Gorges and head toward Kalaat M’gouna, famously known as “ The Rose City.” There, we’ll stop to visit a local cooperative for rose-based cosmetic products (optional stop). Thereafter, we’ll pass through the palm groves of Skoura, making a stop at the historic Amridil Kasbah, one of the region’s well-preserved ancient kasbahs. Upon arriving in Ouarzazate, often known as “Hollywood of Africa,” explore the famous film studios and the Taourirt Kasbah.

We will then visit Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified kasbah and UNESCO World Heritage site, known for its traditional Berber architecture. Following lunch, we cross the majestic High Atlas Mountains, Stopping at Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 meters high), where you can take in the breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains. Afterward, we will then continue our way to Marrakech, enjoying the spectacular landscapes along the way. In the late afternoon, we will drop you off at your accommodation or the airport in Marrakech.

How can I book this tour, and what are the payment methods available?

To book your 3 days tour Fes to Marrakech, simply contact us via WhatsApp, email, contact form, or social media. After we finalize the trip, a small deposit payable by PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer will be required to secure your booking. Once the deposit is received, you will receive a formal booking confirmation. The remaining balance can be paid in cash at pick-up or by credit card (subject to a 5% processing fee).

What is your cancellation policy in case I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances?

Your deposit is fully refundable for cancellations made more than 15 days before your trip’s start date. However, cancellations made within 15 days, the deposit is none-refundable.

Where will I meet the driver upon arrival? Is there a specific meeting point arranged?

Our driver will meet you at your location, whether at the airport or your accommodation. Kindly share your accommodation address so we can arrange your pick-up there at 8:40 a.m.

If I choose not to go to the camp by camel, are there alternative transportation options available?

Certainly if you prefer not to ride a camel, we can arrange a 4×4 Jeep transfer to take you to the camp instead.

If I choose to ride the camel to the camp, will my luggage be transported separately to the camp?

Absolutely, your luggage will be safely transported to the camp via a 4×4 jeep.
