This fabulous 7 days Tour from Casablanca will take you through Morocco’s imperial cities of Marrakech, Fes, Rabat. We’ll then continue to the blue city of Chefchaouen where you’ll enjoy its lovely atmosphere and its eye-catching blue washed streets. Next, explore Meknes, one of Morocco imperial cities where you’ll admire the amazing views of the Rif Mountains and explore historic landmarks such as Bab Mansour, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. Followed by a sightseeing tour of Fes. 

We will continue through Ifrane and Cedar Forest of Azrou the largest forest in Morocco before descending along the scenic Ziz Valley to reach Merzouga Desert where you’ll enjoy an extraordinary camel ride over the golden dunes of Merzouga and watch a breathtaking sunset with an overnight stay in the middle of the desert.

We will then drive toward Todra Gorges, Dades Valley, and Skoura, famed for its 1000 kasbahs, before visiting Ouarzazate’s famous film studios. After that, explore the historic Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Itinerary of 7 Days Desert Tour from Casablanca to Marrakech:

Day 1:Casablanca →Rabat → Chefchaouen (5H):

In the morning, our driver will pick you up from the airport or your hotel in Casablanca, then start your tour visiting Hassan II Mosque, the second largest Mosque in Africa, which extends to 100,000 worshippers. The mosque is intricately adorned with lovely designs. Following that, we’ll head to Rabat, appreciating the breathtaking scenery along the way.

Arriving in Rabat, Morocco’s capital city. We will then visit Hassan Tower, Mausoleum of Mohamed V and Oudaya Kasbah. Lunchtime, we’ll cross the Riff Mountains, admiring the incredible sceneries along the way.

Upon arrival in Chefchaouen, situated in the Rif Mountains and surrounded by oak and pine trees, we’ll visit the old Medina of Chefchaouan, walk through its blue washed alleys, while learning about the city’s history simply wandering through the blue-painted streets and alleyways of Chefchaouen. Following that, we’ll visit the Spanish Mosque and Ras Lma waterfalls before taking you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night enjoying the tranquil atmosphere of the city. 

Day 2:Chefchaouen →Volubilis → Meknes → Fes ( 4H):

After breakfast, we will pick you up at your accommodation in Chefchaouan. We’ll cross the Riff Mountains towards Fes, passing through Ouazane enjoying the amazing sceneries along the way.

We will then pass through Volubilis, the best preserved Roman ruins and UNESCO world heritage site. After that, drive toward Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities where you’ll explore Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, the founder of the city and Bab Mansour Gate. After lunch, we’ll visit Heri Essaouni then proceed to Fes dropping you off at your accommodation where you’ll spend the night. 

Day 3:Fes Full Day Tour:

After breakfast, meet your private tour guide for a fascinating guided tour of Fes, Morocco’s first imperial city and a UNESCO World Heritage, We’ll start with a visit to Al Qaraouine University world’s oldest university and UNESCO world heriatge site.

Following that, continue to a traditional pottery cooperative to observe artisans crafting the famous Moroccan mosaics and tiles. Afterwards, visit the famous tanneries where animal leather is used to make clothes, bags and shoes. Following that, we’ll head to Batha Museum and Moulay Idriss Mausoleum, the founder of the city.

Late afternoon, stroll through the lively streets of the old Medina of Fes and then we’ll explore Bou Inania and Attarine Madrassas then transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.

Day 4:Fes →Cedar Forest → Midelt →Erfoud → Merzouga Desert (7H):

After breakfast at your riad in Fes, we will start your trip passing through the Middle Atlas Mountains, enjoying scenic landscapes and traditional Berber villages along the way. We will stop in Ifrane, often known as “The Little Switzerland of Morocco” then we’ll continue toward Cedar Forest, Morocco’s largest Forest, where you’ll stop to take some photographs with Barbary Monkeys.

After that we will head to Midelt, a peaceful town set between the Middle and High Atlas famously known as ” The Apple Capital” where you will stop for lunch before continuing your trip toward Sahara Desert of Merzouga. 

By late afternoon, we will cross the oasis of Tafilalet enjoying the incredible landscapes along the way. Arriving in Merzouga desert where you will meet your camel guide and then set off on a camel ride adventure enjoying the finest landscapes along the way. We will stop for a lovely sunset view before continuing to your desert camp in the middle of the desert where you’ll spend the night.

Day 5:Merzouga desert →Todra Gorges → Dades Gorges (4H):

In the morning, wake up for a marvelous sunrise over the amazing dunes of Merzouga, offering a spectacular start to the day. Following that, we will leave the Sahara desert of Merzouga and depart towards Tinghir via Jorf, treating you to magnificent views of the Tafilate oasis along the trip.

We will pass through Berber villages along the way. Stopping in Melaab, where you’ll have the chance to try Berber wedding dress and Henna, known as the Moroccan tattoo (optional). After that, continue to Todra Gorges admiring the finest sceneries along the way. Arriving at Todra Gorges, wander through this wonderful natural gems and then continue to Dades Gorges where you’ll visit the rock formation known as Monkey Fingers and the wavy road of Tisadrine. Finally, we’ll take you to your accommodation where you will spend the night. 

Day 6:Dades Gorges→ Ait Ben Haddou → High Atlas Mountains → Marrakech (5H):

In the morning, we will continue your 7 days tour from Casablanca to Marrakech, passing through the route known as the road of 1000 Kasbahs. We will then pass through Kalaat M’gouna, known as the Rose City, where you’ll visit a local cooperative for cosmetic products (optional stop). After that, we will head to the rose valley offering breathtaking photo opportunities. A stop in Skoura allows you to explore Ameridil Kasbah, one of the ancient kasbahs in the region. Following that, we will then continue your trip toward Ouarzazate, known as Hollywood of Africa, where you will visit Film Studio and Taourirt kasbah. 

Late afternoon, we will drive to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO world heritage site and famous for its majestic setting that has served as the backdrop for various films like Gladiator, Game of Thrones and The Mummy. Afterward, we continue our 7 days tour traveling through Tizi N Tichka pass (2260 m). Along the route to Marrakech, you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of the High Atlas Mountains. Afterwards, we make our way to Marrakech. Arriving in Marrakech then transfer you to your accommodation.

Day 7:Marrakech Guided Tour:

After breakfast at your accommodation in Marrakech, you’ll then meet your local guide for a fascinating guided city tour. We will first begin with a visit to the Saadian Tombs and Bahia Palace, where you’ll discover the city’s rich history and admire the intricate Moroccan architecture. 

Next, explore the historic Badi Palace and Menara garden, a tranquil site offering beautiful reflections of the Atlas Mountains on its vast pool. Following that, explore the historic Koutoubia Mosque, Marrakech’s most famous landmark and the second-largest mosque in Morocco.

Continue to the enchanting Majorelle Garden, a peaceful heaven famous for its lovely Majorelle blue, lush greenery, and graceful palm trees. Late afternoon, we will take you to the old Medina of Marrakech, then stroll through its lively streets and head to Djamaa Lfena square where you’ll enjoy some fascinating activities including snake charmers, musicians and storytellers then transfer you to the airport or your accommodation in Marakech.

How can I book this tour, and what are the payment methods available?

To book your 7 days desert tour from Casablanca, simply contact us via WhatsApp, email, contact form, or social media. After we finalize the trip, a small deposit payable by PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer will be required to secure your booking. Once the deposit is received, you will receive a formal booking confirmation. The remaining balance can be cash or by credit card (subject to a 5% processing fee).

What is your cancellation policy in case I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances?

Your deposit is fully refundable for cancellations made more than 15 days before your trip’s start date. However, if the cancelation is made less than 15 days perior to the trip’starting date, the deposit is none-refundable.

Where will I meet the driver upon arrival? Is there a specific meeting point arranged?

Our driver will collect you directly from your location, whether at the airport or your accommodation. Kindly share your accommodation address so we can arrange your pick-up there at 8:40 a.m.

If I choose not to go to the camp by camel, are there alternative transportation options available?

Certainly if you prefer not to ride a camel, we can arrange a 4×4 Jeep transfer to take you to the camp instead.

If I choose to ride the camel to the camp, will my luggage be transported separately to the camp?

Absolutely, your luggage will be safely transported to the camp via a 4×4 jeep.
