7 Days Tour from Tangier to Marrakech

In the morning, we will pick you up from your accoommodation or the airport in Tangier and then start your 7 days tour from Tangier to Marrakech. First, we will visit the Atlantic coast, where you’ll explore Cape Spartel where the mediterranean sea meets the Atlantic Ocean. A short drive later, you’ll explore the mythical Caves of Hercules, known for their sea-facing opening shaped like the African continent. After that, we’ll cross the Riff Mountaiins, while enjoying the amazing landscapes along the way. Along the way, we will stop at Akchour waterfalls, one of the finest waterfalls in the region. Following that, continue to Chefchaouen, the famous “Blue Pearl of Morocco,” where you’ll enjoy a walk through its winding streets and blue washed alleyways. Finally, in the late afternoon, we will transfer you to your accommodation riad where you’ll spend the night.

In the morning after sightseeing tour of Chefchaouen the spanish Mosque, old Medina of Chefchaouen and Ras Lma waterfalls. Following that, we will then start your journey toward Fes enjoying the amazing landscapes along the way, you’ll stop at the Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its detailed mosaics and towering columns, enjoy a guided tour through these archeological sites and then proceed to Fes where you’ll be dropped off at your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.

In the morning, you’ll meet your local tour guide of Fes and then start your tour of the city. First of all, we’ll visit Al Qaraouine University, founded in 859 AD, world’s oldest university and UNESCO world heritage site. After that, explore Chouara Tannery, where animal leather is used to make clothes, bags and shoes.Next, stroll through the lively streets of the old Medina of Fes, visit Bou Inania and Attarine Madrasa then continue to Batha Museum and Moulay Idriss Mausoleum, the founder of the city. Late afternoon, we will take you to Borj Nord where you’ll see the whole Medina of Fes then take you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.

After breakfast at your riad in Fes, we will leave toward the Sahara Desert of Merzouga enjoying the amazing sceneries along the way. We will first pass through the charming European-style town of Ifrane, and stop in the cedar forests of Azrou, Morocco’s largest Forest where you will see native Barbary Macaque monkeys. After that, we will cross the Tizi N Talghamt pass enjoying the amazing landscapes along the way. Stopping at Ziz Valley for some photographing opportunities. Late afternoon, we arrive in Erfoud known as ”The Date Capital” where you’ll visit local fossil museum in the city then cross the majestic oasis of Tafilalet. Arriving in Merzouga desert where you’ll meet your camel guide and set off on a camel ride through the marvelous dunes of Merzouga. Stopping for a breathtaking sunset and then proceed to your desert camp where you’ll spend the night.

In the morning wake up for a wonderful sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga then enjoy a tour around the dunes, we will first visit nomad families behind the dunes, explore their lifestyle and try Berber Pizza. Following that, continue to khamlia where you’ll listen to the African Gnawa music. After hearty lunch, we wil head to Mezouga lake where you’ll see a variety of birds then continue to Hassi Lbeid oasis before transferring you to your accommodation riad where you’ll spend the night.

After breakfast at your riad in Merzouga, we will then proceed to impressive Todra Gorges, where 300-meter canyon walls rise sharply on both sides of a narrow road and a flowing river, enjoy a walk through these wonderful canyons. Afterward, continue toward Dades Gorges enjoying the amazing landscapes along the way. We will then pass through the Red Mountains. Upon arriving in Dades Gorges, you’ll then visit the rock formation known as Monkey Fingers and the winding road of Tisadrine then take you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night. 

In the morning, we will proceed toward Marrakech passing through Kalaat M’gouna, known as ” The Rose City” where you’ll visit a local cooperative for rose cosmetic products (optional stop). Afterward, we will then continue to Ouarzazate passing through the Road of 1000 kasbahs enjoying the finest sceneries along the way. Stopping to explore the historic kasbah of Ameridile. Next, continue to Ouarzazate famously known as Hollywood of Africa where you’ll visit the Atlas Studio and Taourirt kasbah then continue to Ait Ben Haddou, UNESCO World Heritage site and a filming location for many movies including Gladiator, Game of Thrones and The Mummy. After that, we will cross the High Atlas Mountains admiring the amazing  landscapes along the way. Finally arrive in Marrakech then transfer you to your accommodation or the airport in Marrakech.
