Join this fabulous 8 days Marrakech itinerary, We’ll start your trip with a sightseeing tour of Marrakech, explore the city’s lovely attractions including Majorelle Garden, Bahia Palace, and Saadian Tombs. Following that, visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, a popular location for filmmakers where many movies have been filmed like Gladiator, Game of Thrones and The Mummy.
Next, Continue to the lovely Todra Gorges and Merzouga Sahara desert, where you’ll enjoy a camel ride across the lovely dunes with overnight stay at your desert camp. Afterward, travel north to Fes, one of Morocco’s four imperial cities where you will enjoy a city tour. Afterward, explore the charming Blue City of Chefchaouen, known for its incredible views and breathtaking blue buildings. Following that, we will head to Rabat, Morocco’s capital city, visit Hassan Tower and Mausoleum of Mohamed V. Conclude your trip with a visit to Casablanca’s Hassan II Mosque, the second-largest mosque in Africa, before returning to Marrakech.
In the morning, start your guided tour of Marrakech with local guide. First, visit the famous Koutoubia Mosque, Morocco’ second largest mosque, and then wander through the lively souks of the old Medina of Marrakech. Following that, discover Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace, a 19 century historic sites. Following that, uncover Majorelle Gardens, lovely garden with blue painted walls and lovely gardens. After that, visit Yves Saint laurent museum.
Following that, explore the old Medina of Marrakech, walk through its lovely alleyways, and then continue to Menara which is a popular site with a lot to see. Late afternoon, enjoy night life activities at the famous square of Djamaa including snake charmers, musicians, storytellers, and then transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the first night of your 8 days Marrakech itinerary.
In the moring we will pick you up at your accommodation in Marrakech and make your way through Tizi N’Tichka Pass (2260 m) and the High Atlas Mountains. Along the route, you’ll be treated to the amazing views of the dramatic mountain scenery before reaching the historic Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the filming location for international movies like Gladiator, Game of Thrones and The Mummy.
After lunch, continue on to Ouarzazate for a quick visit to the Atlas Film Studios. Finally, head to Boumalne Dades, passing through Skoura, home to 1000 kasbahs admiring the finest sceneries along the way. We will visit Kalaat M’gouna known as the rose city. Late afternoon, we arrive in Dades Gorges then visit the rock formation known as Monkey Fingers and then transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.
After breakfast, we start our day with a drive towards Todra Gorges, the best place for mountain climbers. Continuing our journey, following the ancient Bedouin trading routes parallel with the Middle Atlas, passing a series of the fortified villages with outstanding architecture. The route to Erfoud is one of the most pleasing of all the Southern routes.
The town is in a dry red built of desert, Erfoud is known for its rich black fossils marble the stone is sculpted to bring the fossils into relief on everything from ashtrays to washbasins and more. After a visit to a fossil museum in the city, we continue your trip to the spectacular Merzouga desert, where you’ll be amazed by the breathtaking landscaps as you are crossing the Erg Chebbi Dunes. Stop at the high dunes for a breathtaking sunset and then continue to your desert camp where you’ll spend the night in the middle of the desert.
Wake up for a fantastic sunrise over the lovely dunes of Merzouga and start your day tour of Merzouga. First of all, visit an ancient national car museum located in the heart of Merzouga.
Afterward, you’ll head to Khamlia, where you’ll meet Black-skinned African from south African countries (Mali, Niger, Soudan…etc.). at the same time, enjoy their traditional Gnawa music with African roots and explore their lifestyle. Following that, visit nomad families living behind the dunes of Merzouga, where you’ll learn about their lifestyle and get a chance to try Berber pizza.
Following that, explore Hassi Lbeid oasis, taking a peaceful walk through the oasis. If you’re interested, you can try buggy or quad ride. Finally, we will transfer you to your accommodation riad where you’ll spend the night.
After breakfast at your Riad in Merzouga, we’ll continue your tour through Tafilalet palm groves, offering beautiful natural landscapes along the way. We will make a stop in Rissani, one of the ancient cities of Morocco and an important trading center in the region, with a lively souk that come alive on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
After exploring Rissani souks, the tour continues through Ziz valley, with a stop for a panoramic view of Ziz Valley. After that, we’ll stop in Midelt for lunch, and then continue to the cedar forests, home to Barbary macaques, where you’ll make stop for some photographs. Following this, we continue to Fes through Ifrane known as Morocco’s Little Switzeland, visit the Atlas lion statue and then continue to Fes dropping you off at your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.
After breakfast, you’ll meet your private local guide for a full-day tour of Fes, Morocco’s first imperial city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will first visit the impressive gates of the Royal Palace the largest in Morocco. From there, we’ll head to the southern tower for a stunning panoramic view over the entire Medina. Following that, visit a traditional pottery workshop to see how craftsmen create Moroccan tiles and intricate mosaic pieces.
We will then continue to the famous tanneries where animal leather is used to make clothes, bags and shoes. We will continue to the historical Medrassa (Quranic school), the Nejjarine Fountain, the Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss, and the famous Karaouine Mosque and University. Late afternoon, we will transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night concluding your trip with amazing memories.
In the morning, we’ll pick you up from your accommodation in Fes, and head toward Chefchaouan, Morocco’s Blue city, with a stop at Volubilis, the best preserved Roman ruins and UNESCO world heritage site. Following that, continue to Meknes, one of Morocco’s four imperial cites, where you’ll visit Bab Mansour and Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. Following that, we will cross the Riff Mountains, admiring the finest sceneries along the way.
Arriving in Chefchaouan, enjoy a tour of the city, explore the old Medina of Chefchaouan, walk through its blue washed streets, and then visit Ras Lma waterfall. Following that, explore the Spanish Mosque and then take you to your accommodation where you’ll spend last night of your 8 days Marrakech itinerary.
In the morning, we’ll pick you up from your accommodation in Chefchaouan, and then head toward Rabat, Morocco’s Capital city, admiring the lovely sceneries along the way. Arriving in Rabat, explore Hassan Tower, Ouadaya Kasbah and Mausoleum of Mohamed V. Following lunch, we’ll continue your trip to Casablanca. Late afternoon, we arrive in Casablanca, visit Hassan II Mosque, Africa’second Largest Mosque. After that, we will head to Marrakech concluding your 8 days Marrakech itinerary with a transfer to the airport or accommodation in Marrakech.

Your deposit is fully refundable for cancellations made more than 15 days before your trip’s start date. However, cancelations made less than 15 days, the deposit is none-refundable.
