    Itinerary of 9 Day Morocco Desert Tour from Casablanca:

    Day 1:Arrive in Casablanca:

    Upon your arrival at Casablanca Airport, our driver will welcome you and then transfer you to your hotel where you will spend the first night of your 9 day Morocco tour from Casablanca to Marrakech.

    Day 2:Casablanca → Rabat → Chefchaouen (5H):

    After enjoying a hearty breakfast at your hotel in Casablanca, we’ll head toward Chefchaouen, the blue city of Morocco.  You’ll then pass through scenic landscapes and stop in Rabat, Morocco’s capital city where you’ll explore its historic landmarks including the impressive Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohamed V, and the lovely Oudaya Kasbah. After lunch, we’ll continue the drive through the breathtaking Rif Mountains, admiring the lovely views throughout the trip.

    Upon arrival in Chefchaouen, you’ll have time to explore the city’s magical sights and charming architecture. After that, visit the Spanish Mosque for panoramic views, wander through the beautifully blue-washed alleyways of the old Medina and then transfer you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the city.

    Day 3:Chefchaouen → Volubilis → Meknes → Fes (4H):

    After breakfast at your Riad in Chefchaouen, we’ll then continue your trip toward Fes, admiring the breathtaking landscapes along the way. We’ll cross the Riff Mountains. Stopping at Volubilis, the best-preserved Roman ruins recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afterward, take time to explore this fascinating archaeological site before heading to Meknes, one of Morocco’s historic imperial cities. Upon arrival in Meknes, visit Moulay Ismail Mausoleum and Bab Mansour before heading to Fes where you’ll spend the night.

    Day 4:Fes Full Day Tour:

    After breakfast at your Riad in Fes, we will visit Bab Boujloud, the famous Blue Gate that marks the entrance to the ancient Medina of Fes. Following that, wander through the winding alleyways of the old Medina, discovering its lovely atmosphere and hidden gems. After that, continue to the beautiful Ennajjarine fountain and Attarine Medrasa before visiting the traditional Tanneries, where artisans skillfully craft leather goods such as bags, shoes, and jackets.

    Next, explore Batha Museum and Al Qaraouine University, a UNESCO World Heritage Site recognized as the world’s oldest university. In the late afternoon, visit the Royal Palace, wander through its lovely golden doors, and then head to Borj Nord for a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. Finally, return to your Riad for an overnight stay.

    Day 5:Fes → Ifrane → Cedar Forest → Merzouga Desert (7H):

    After enjoying a hearty breakfast at your Riad in Fes, we’ll set out on a drive toward the Sahara Desert of Merzouga, passing through captivating landscapes and charming towns. Stopping at Immouzar and Ifrane known as “The Little Switzerland of Morocco” where you can enjoy a coffee break and see the famous Atlas Lion statue. Following that, We’ll then continue through the lush Cedar Forest, the largest in Morocco, where you’ll have the chance to photograph and feed the friendly Barbary apes. The trip proceeds to Midelt, where we’ll stop for lunch.

    Afterward, we’ll cross the magnificent High Atlas Mountains, admiring the breathtaking scenery along the Ziz Valley. We’ll then stop at the Tizi N’Talghemt Pass to take in panoramic views over the surrounding peaks. By late afternoon, we’ll reach one of Morocco’s largest oases, a spectacular sight, before arriving in Merzouga. Enjoy a camel trek across the golden dunes, stopping to watch a lovely sunset and then proceed to your desert camp in the middle of the desert where you’ll spend the night with a drumming party around the campfire.

    Day 6:Merzouga Desert → Todra Gorges → Dades Gorges (4H):

    In the morning wake up for shinning sunrise over the golden dunes of Merzouga a truly magical moment that captures the spirit of the Sahara. After taking some time to explore the soft sands and enjoy the tranquil desert atmosphere, savor a delicious breakfast at your luxury desert camp. We will then return to Merzouga by camels where your driver will be ready to continue your 9 day Morocco tour.

     We will then proceed toward Rissani admiring the breathtaking landscapes along the way. Arriving in Rissani, the former capital of Tafilalet region and an important trading center,  explore its lively traditional souks. 

    Next, we’ll head to Erfoud to visit one of its fascinating fossil workshops, before continuing through the lush palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad. After that, we will then stop at a Berber house to experience a traditional Henna tattoo (optional).  Next, continue to the  magnificent Todra Gorges towering canyon walls reaching up to 320 meters high. Take a leisurely walk through this lovely natural wonder and enjoy lunch in the heart of the gorges.

    In the afternoon, we will cross the red mountains admiring the finest sceneries along the way. Arriving in Dades Gorges where you’ll visit the rock formation known as ”Monkey Fingers” then transfer you to your riad where you will spend the night.

    Day 7:Dades Gorges → Ait Ben Haddou →Marrakech (5H):

    After breakfast at your riad we will take  “ the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs.” Along the way, enjoy the breathtaking landscapes and stop at Kalaat M’gouna famous as “The City of Roses.” We’ll visit a local rose cooperative and learn about the production of rose water and cosmetic products (optional stop).

    We’ll then continue through the palm groves of Skoura to visit the impressive Amridil Kasbah, one of the best-preserved and most historic kasbahs in the region. We will then proceed to Ouarzazate known as ” Hollywood of Africa” where you’ll visit Taourirt kasbah and Film Studio.

    Next, we’ll continue to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a favorite filming location for world-famous movies such as Gladiator, The Mummy, and Game of Thrones. After lunch, we’ll make our way through the majestic High Atlas Mountains, stopping at Tizi N’Tichka Pass (2,260 meters) to admire the panoramic views. By late afternoon, we’ll arrive in Marrakech and then transfer you to your accommodation where you will spend the night.

    Day 8: Marrakech Full Day Tour:

    In the morning, your local tour guide will meet you at your Riad at 10:00 am, we will first explore Saadian Tombs, a historic monument in Marrakech. After that, visit Bahia Palace and Badi Palace. Afterward, visit the peaceful Menara Garden, a beautiful oasis offering amazing views of the Atlas Mountains. Following that, we will explore the old Medina then wander through its busy alleyways, discover the colorful Semmarine and Sekkakine souks, and visit the historic Mellah district. Finally, we will visit Koutoubia Mosque, second largest Mosque in Morocco then watch some activities at the famous square of Djamaa LFena including snake charmers, musicians and storytellers. Late afternoon, transfer you your riad where you will spend the last night of your 9 day Morocco tour from Casablanca to Marrakech.

    Day 9:Transfer to the airport:

    Depending on your flight time, our driver will transfer you to the airport in Casablanca.

    How can I book this tour, and what are the payment methods available?

    To book your 9 days Morocco tour from Casablanca, simply contact us via WhatsApp, email, contact form, or social media. After we finalize the trip, a small deposit payable by PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer will be required to secure your booking. Once the deposit is received, you will receive a formal booking confirmation. The remaining balance can be paid in cash at pick-up or by credit card (subject to a 5% processing fee).

    What is your cancellation policy in case I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances?

    Your deposit is fully refundable for cancellations made more than 15 days before your trip’s start date. However, cancellations made within 15 days, the deposit is none-refundable.

    Where will I meet the driver upon arrival? Is there a specific meeting point arranged?

    Our driver will meet you at your location, whether at the airport or your accommodation. Kindly share your accommodation address so we can arrange your pick-up there at 8:40 a.m.

    If I choose not to go to the camp by camel, are there alternative transportation options available?

    Certainly if you prefer not to ride a camel, we can arrange a 4×4 Jeep transfer to take you to the camp instead.

    If I choose to ride the camel to the camp, will my luggage be transported separately to the camp?

    Absolutely, your luggage will be safely transported to the camp via a 4×4 jeep.
