    Overview of Morocco 12 Day Itinerary from Marrakech:

    Book this Morocco 12 day itinerary, We will first start the trip with a sightseeing tour of Marrakech and then cross the lovely High Atlas Mountains via Tizi N’Tichka Pass, and visit the UNESCO world heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou where many movies have been filmed like Gladiator, Game of Thrones and The Mummy. Following that, we’ll journey along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, explore Todra Gorges.  Arriving at the Sahara Desert where you’ll spend a magical night in the middle of the desert.

    The following day, continue toward Fes and Meknes for a glimpse into Morocco’s imperial history, then wander through the blue streets of Chefchaouen. Following that, visit Tangier’s Hercules Caves and Cape Spartel where the mediterranean sea meets the Atlantic ocean. After that, we will then continue to Rabat where you’ll visit Hassan Tower and Mausoleum of Mohammed V finally concluding your Morocco itinerary 12 days in either Casablanca or Marrakech.

    Itinerary of Morocco 12 Day Itinerary from Marrakech:

    Day 1:Arrival in Marrakech:

    Upon your arrival at Marrakech airport, our driver will welcome you and then transfer you to your riad where you will spend the night.

    Day 2:Marrakech → Ait Ben Haddou → Dades Gorges (5H):

    We will first cross the High Atlas Mountains enjoying the finest sceneries along the way. Stopping at Tizi N Tichka pass where you’ll admire the eye-catching sceneries. Following that, continue your trip toward the historic Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou passing through Talouet valley admiring the wonderful sceneries along the way. Arriving at Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO world heritage site and best place for film makers like Gladiator, Game of Thrones and The Mummy.

    Following that, we will then proceed to Ouarzazate where you’ll visit Film Studios and Taourirt Kasbah, one of the city’s oldest fortresses. Afterward, continue along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs. Stopping at the palm groves of Skoura for photos. Next, we will then pass through Kalaat M’gouna “known as  The City of Roses,” where you will visit a local cooperative for rose product products (optional stop ).

    By late afternoon, we arrive in Dades Gorges to see the fascinating “Monkey Fingers” rock formations and then take you to your riad where you’ll spend the night.

    Day 3:Dades Gorges → Todra Gorges → Merzouga Desert (5H):

    After breakfast at your riad, we will then drive toward Todra Gorges, enjoying the wonderful landscapes along the way. Arriving at Todra Gorges, admire these impressive canyon, surrounded by towering cliffs. Following that, we will then continue your trip through the palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad, with a stop for lunch en route. Stopping in Melaab where you can try Berber weeding dress (optional).

    In the afternoon, arrive in Erfoud, known as “ The Date Capital,” and visit a local fossil museum before continuing to the majestic Merzouga Desert. Once you arrive in Merzouga desert enjoy a camel ride through the golden dunes of Merzouga where you’ll admire the marvelous sceneries. We will then stop for a lovely sunset and then continue to your desert camp where you’ll spend the night.

    Day 4: Merzouga Full day tour:

    Wake up early morning for a wonderful sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga. After breakfast, we will then  set out on a scenic tour of the region, We will first visit nomad families behind the dunes of Merzouga, explore their lifestyle and try Berber pizza. Following that, continue your discovery tour toward Tanamoust, and Khamlia, where you can experience the rhythms of traditional Gnawa music. After a hearty lunch in khamlia. we will then drive to Hassi Lbeid Oasis then take you to your riad where you will spend the night.

    Day 5:Merzouga → Midelt → Cedar Forest of Azrou → Fes (7H):

    After breakfast at your riad in Merzouga, continue your trip through the lovely Tafilalet palm groves famous for its breathtaking landscapes. Stop in Rissani, one of Morocco’s oldest towns and a major trading center and then stroll through the lively souks of Rissani.

    We will then continue via Ziz Valley where you’ll stop to enjoy a panoramic view before continuing to Midelt. We will stop for lunch at a local restaurant. Following that, pass through cedar forests where you will have the chance to take some photos for the Barbary macaques. After that, continue your journey through Ifrane often known as “ The Little Switzerland of Morocco”where you will visit the Atlas Lion statue. Finally, arrive in Fes and then transfer to your riad.

    Day 6:Fes Full day Tour:

    After breakfast at your riad in Fes, we will then take you on a guided tour of Fes. First, we will visit Al Qarawiyyin University, one of the world’s oldest universities and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, before exploring the historic Old Medina. Following that, continue to see the beautiful Ennajjarine Fountain, Bou Inania Madrasa, and the Attarine Madrasa, remarkable examples of Moroccan architecture.

    Next, stroll through the narrow alleys of the old Medina, admiring the lively atmosphere, and later visit the famous tanneries where artisans craft leather goods such as bags, shoes, and jackets. In the afternoon, we’ll then head to Borj Nord where you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the city.

    Dayn 7:Fes → Meknes → Chefchaouen (4H):

    In the morning after breakfast at your riad, we will depart toward Chefchaouen, Morocco’s blue city. Stopping at Volubilis, the best preserved Roman ruins and UNESCO world’s heritage site. Afterward, continue to the nearby town of Moulay Idriss Zerhoun, considered one of the world’s most beautiful villages, and take time to explore its charming streets. Afterward, we will then continue to Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities, where you’ll visit Bab Mansour Gate and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail.

    After lunch at a local restaurant, we will then travel through the scenic Rif Mountains, admiring the breathtaking landscapes on your way to Chefchaouen. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided tour of this lovely Blue City, including a visit to the Spanish Mosque for panoramic views. Following that, we will then stroll through the old medina’s blue-washed alleys then take you to your riad where you’ll spend the night.

    Day 8:Chefchaouen → Akchour → Tangier (3H):

    After breakfast at your accommodation in Chefchaouen, we’ll drive through the marvelous Riff Mountains, admiring the finest sceneries along the way. Stopping at Akchour waterfall, one of the finest waterfalls in Morocco, walk through its fantastic valley. Afterward, continue toward Tangier.

    Upon arrival, visit the Hercules Caves and explore Tangier’s old medina, where history comes alive in its charming streets. Following that, continue to Cape Spartel the point where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean then enjoy a fabulous sunset before taking you to your hotel where you’ll spend the night.

    Day 9 :Tangier → Assilah → Rabat (3H):

    In the morning, we’ll head toward Rabat, Morocco’s capial city enjoying the incredible landscaoes along the way. We pass through Assilah, one of the coastal cities, where you’ll visit its old Medina, wandering through its narrow white streest. After that, continue your trip to Rabat. Late afternoon, arrive in Rabat where you’ll visi Hassan Tower, Mausoleum of Mohamed V  and Oudaya kasbah. Finally, we will take you to your accommodation where you will spend the night.

    Day 10:Rabat → Casabanca → Marrakech (2H)

    After breakfast at your hotel in Rabat, we will continue to Casablanca enjoying marvelous views along the way. Stop in Casablanca, Morocco’s largest city, to visit the impressive Hassan II Mosque the second-largest in Africa and explore the city’s old medina. Afterward, continue to Marrakech, admiring the finest sceneries along the way. Upon arrival in Marrakech then finally transfer you to your riad where you’ll spend the spend the night.

    Day 11:Marrakech Full Day Tour:

    In the morning start your guided tour with visits to Majorelle Garden and Yves Saint Laurent Museum, followed by Bahia Palace, a 19 century monument in Marrakech. Following that, Stroll through the lively streets of the old Medina. Next, explore Semmarine Souks where you will find a variety of local products. 

    By late afternoon, we will then visit the serene Menara Garden and Koutoubia Mosque, the second-largest Mosque in Morocco. After that, we will head to the famous square of Djamaa Lfna where you’ll watch some activities including snake charmers, musicians and storytellers. Finally, take you to your riad where you’ll spend the last night of your Morocco 12 day itinerary.

    Day 12:Transfer to the airport:

    Dependuing on your flight time, our driver will transfer you to the airport in Marrakech.

    How can I book this tour, and what are the payment methods available?

    To book your Morocco 12 days itinerary from Marrakech, simply contact us via WhatsApp, email, contact form, or social media. After we finalize the trip, a small deposit payable by PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer will be required to secure your booking. Once the deposit is received, you will receive a formal booking confirmation. The remaining balance can be paid in cash at pick-up or by credit card (subject to a 5% processing fee).

    What is your cancellation policy in case I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances?

    Your deposit is fully refundable for cancellations made more than 15 days before your trip’s start date. However, cancellations made within 15 days, the deposit is none-refundable.

    Where will I meet the driver upon arrival? Is there a specific meeting point arranged?

    Our driver will meet you at your location, whether at the airport or your accommodation. Kindly share your accommodation address so we can arrange your pick-up there at 8:40 a.m.

    If I choose not to go to the camp by camel, are there alternative transportation options available?

    Certainly if you prefer not to ride a camel, we can arrange a 4×4 Jeep transfer to take you to the camp instead.

    If I choose to ride the camel to the camp, will my luggage be transported separately to the camp?

    Absolutely, your luggage will be safely transported to the camp via a 4×4 jeep.
